Return & Refund Policy

At Abira Apparel, we value your trust and want you to feel confident with every purchase. We ensure premium quality products, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with a smooth return and exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • The size delivered is incorrect, or you wish to exchange the size (if available)

2. Conditions for Return / Exchange

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Innerwear
  • Accessories
  • Clearance / Sale items
  • Customized or altered products

4. Return / Exchange Process

Step 1:

Email us at info@abirapparel.in or call 8860594000 with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2:

Our team will schedule a pickup through our courier partner (where available).

Step 3:

Once the product reaches our facility and passes quality check, we will:

  • Send a replacement/exchange
    OR
  • Issue a store credit valid for future purchases

Store credit is issued within 3–5 business days after QC approval.

5. Refunds

We currently offer store credit in place of refunds.
Store credit can be used anytime on our website and does not expire.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • COD orders that are refused or undelivered may be restricted from future COD service.

7. Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Share photos or a short video within 48 hours of delivery
  • Our team will offer a quick replacement or solution
